General Situation
10 October 2025The monsoon trough moves down to lie across the lower Central, the upper South, and the East, while the southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South, and the Gulf of Thailand. Rain will increase with isolated heavy rain in the Central region including Bangkok and its vicinity, the East, and the South. People in these areas should beware of heavy rain. Less rain is likely in the North and the Northeast. The wind and waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand are expected to be about 1 meter high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and avoid sailing in thundershower areas.

Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Sa Kaeo, Chachoengsao, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 23–26 °C. Maximum temperature 31–34 °C. Variable winds 15–30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Songkhla, Pattani and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 23-24 °C. Maximum temperature 32–34 °C. Prachuap Khiri Khan upward: Variable winds 15–30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 2 meters in thundershowers. Chumphon downward: Southwesterly winds 15–30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Phang Nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 23-24 °C. Maximum temperature 31-33 °C. Southwesterly winds 15–30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
