The moderate monsoon trough lie across the upper North and upper Laos into the low-pressure cell over upper Vietnam and the Tonkin bay while the southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf throughout the period. Meanwhile, there are convergece of the southeasterly and the southwesterly winds in the upper level in the Northeast region. Isolated heavy rains are likely in the North, the upper Northeast the Central include Bangkok and vicinity and the East. People in the areas should beware of heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods and overflows especially along waterways and lowlands. The wind and waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf are about 1 meter high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers and offshore. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers. In addition, the typhoon (AMPIL), the south of Japan will move through eastern of Japan. This storm with no effect on Thailand’s weather. The travellers should check weather information before start the journey.

Northeastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Nong Bua Lamphu, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Khon Kaen, Kalasin and Mukdahan. Minimum temperature 23-27 °C. Maximum temperature 30-36 °C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km./hr.
Central
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Lopburi and Saraburi. Minimum temperature 24-27 °C. Maximum temperature 35-38 °C. Southwesterly winds 10-25 km./hr.
Eastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 25-28 °C. Maximum temperature 32-36 °C. Southwesterly winds 15-30 km./hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 2 meters high in thundershowers offshore.
Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Phetchaburi, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 23-26 °C. Maximum temperature 33-36 °C. Southwesterly winds 15-30 km./hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 2 meters high in thundershowers offshore.
Southern (West Coast)
