The monsoon trough lies across upper parts of the northern and northeastern Thailand into the low pressure cell along the coast of middle Vietnam. Meanwhile, the active southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand. Heavy rains are forecast for some of the Northeast, the Central, the East and the South while very heavy rains are possible in the upper North. People should beware of the severe conditions that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially, along water ways and lowland. The moderate wind forces the waves in the Andaman Sea 1-2 meters high and in thundershowers more than 2 meters high. The Gulf has waves about 1 meter high and in thundershowers 1-2 meters high. All ships proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

Northern
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rains in Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Lampang, Phayao, Phrae, Nan, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok and Phetchabun. Minimum temperature 23-27 °C. Maximum temperature 33-36 °C. Southwesterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
Northeastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Nakhon Ratchasima and Buriram. Minimum temperature 24-26 °C. Maximum temperature 31-36 °C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km/hr.
Central
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains mostly in Saraburi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Nakhon Pathom, Suphan Buri and Samut Sakhon. Minimum temperature 24-26 °C. Maximum temperature 35-38 °C. Southwesterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
Eastern
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Chachoengsao and Chonburi. Minimum temperature 25-28 °C. Maximum temperature 32-35 °C. Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and 1-2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains mostly in Chumphon, Surat Thani and Nakhon Si Thammarat. Minimum temperature 23-27 °C. Maximum temperature 33-36 °C. Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave about 1 meter and 1-2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rains mostly in Ranong, Phangnga, Phuket and Krabi. Minimum temperature 24-27 °C. Maximum temperature 28-32 °C. Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and in thundershowers more than 2 meters.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Scattered thundershowers. Minimum temperature 26-28 °C. Maximum temperature 34-36 °C. Southwesterly winds 10-25 km/hr.
