The high-pressure system covers upper Thailand while an active low-pressure cell covers the coast of southern Vietnam. More rains are forecast in the upper country especially in the Northeast and the East regions while morning cool are possible in the North and the Northeast regions. People in upper Thailand should keep healthy due to changeable weather. The monsoon trough lies across the middle with isolated heavy rains in the South. People in the South should beware of heavy rains. The moderate winds and waves in the upper Gulf and the upper Andaman Sea are expected 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In the lower Gulf and the lower Andaman Sea, the waves are expected about 1 meter high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.

Northern
Morning cool. Isolated rain mostly in Tak, Kamphaeng Phet, Phitsanulok, Phichit, and Phetchabun. Minimum temperature 18–24 °C. Maximum temperature 31–35 °C. Cold on the mountain top. Minimum temperature 8–17 °C. Northeasterly winds 10–15 km/hr.
Northeastern
Morning cool. Scattered rain mostly in Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Kalasin, Mukdahan, Maha Sarakham, Roi Et, Yasothon, Amnat Charoen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buri Ram, Surin, Si Sa Ket, and Ubon Ratchathani. Minimum temperature 20–24 °C. Maximum temperature 27–33 °C. Cool to cold on the mountain top. Minimum temperature 14–18 °C. Northeasterly winds 10–25 km/hr.
Central
Cloudy. Isolated rain.mostly in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Samut Sakhon, and Samut Songkhram. Minimum temperature 22–25 °C.Maximum temperature 32–34 °C. Northeasterly winds 10–20 km/hr.
Eastern
Isolated rain mostly in Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Sa Kaeo, Rayong, Chanthaburi, and Trat. Minimum temperature 24–26 °C. Maximum temperature 28-32 °C. Northeasterly winds 15–35 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter, 1-2 meters offshore and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Chumphon, Surat Thani, and Nakhon Si Thammarat. Minimum temperature 22–26 °C. Maximum temperature 30–33 °C. From Chumphon Upward: Variable winds 15–35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers. From Surat Thani Downward: Variable winds 15–30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Ranong, Phangnga, Phuket, and Krabi. Minimum temperature 23–25 °C. Maximum temperature 29-32 °C. From Phuket Upward: Variable winds 15–35 km/hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers. From Krabi Downward: Northwesterly winds 15–30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
