The moderate high-pressure system covers upper Thailand with morning cool to cold and fog in the North and the Northeast while cool in the morning and light fog are possible in the Central and the East regions. On mountaintops of the North and the Northeast, cold to very cold and isolated frost are forecast. The minimum temperature of the North mountaintops is in range of 4-12 °C while the Northeast ranges by 11-15 °C. People in the upper country should keep healthy and all transport take more caution in poor visibility.
The moderate northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South with thundershowers in the lower South. The moderate wind and waves in the Gulf are likely 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In the Andaman Sea, the wave has about 1 meter high and above 2 meters in thundershowers and offshore. All ship should proceed caution and keep off thundershowers.
