The rather strong northeast monsoon prevailing over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea. The rather strong wind force the waves in the lower Gulf up to 2–3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers. In the upper Gulf, the wave about 2 meters while in the Andaman Sea, the waves are likely 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters in thundershowers and offshore. People in the South (east coast) should beware of heavy rains and inshore surges. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers. Small boats in the lower Gulf should keep ashore lasting 29 January 2025.
