in the South

Another
high-pressure system from China will extend to the Northeast and the South
China Sea while he southerly and southeasterly winds bring the moisture from
the South China Sea and the Gulf to the upper country. More rain with gusty
winds and heavy rain are likely in the country after that hot weather is releasing.
The
Easterly wind prevailing over the South and the Gulf is strengthening with
heavy to very heavy rain are likely in the South.
People
in the country should beware of severe conditions by keeping off outdoor
places,
big trees and unsecured billboards including beware of the heavy rain and
accumulated rain that may be flashing floods and overflows. Farmers should
prevent for crop damage and animals danger. People in the upper country should
keep healthy due to variable weathers
